so how's my life then?

oh my god. can't believe that it has been like 5 months since i have last checked this.
well, my 1st and 2nd sem was just sooo uptight. a lot of projects and stuffs to do.
i can't wait til Christmas vacation. ahhh. 2 weeks to go and it's over.
anyways. it's 11:30 pm and i still have to wake up early tomorrow for our
community service. haha. oh well. :]

Life of a Froshie

Okay.
i think words that can define the meaning of being a froshie are these:
fun. exciting. stressful. reports. research. recitations. assignments. projects. profs. orgs. (santugon). DOs.
whew. it has been only a month when we started our class. and o my. it's so stressful. some profs gives us LOADS of work. and of course, as a froshie, i am still not familiar of how things work in
dlsu - m. of course i know that i have to be serious with this. it's not like high school anymore wherein you can just play around, not participate. hehe. maybe i was a little "culture shocked". well my teacher already told us what was it like to be a college student. i just didn't know until i'm already one. haha.
i really miss my high school life. it's like it was full of fun things. and of course you have your friends there since elementary. wow. moments.
oh well. thats life. we'll still see each other anyway. i hope.

Book 3 of Inheritance: Brisingr

I'm so excited for the third book of Inheritance which is Brisingr. Although i'm not yet finished with the 2nd book (Eldest), I really can't wait to read this book. i've been a fan since i first saw the movie, and after that i already bought books. i think i need to save money now for it'll be released on Sept. 20 in the US. though i still don't know when they are going to release it here in the Philippines. :(

oh yeah.. i cant wait for chris brown's repackaged album.. the cover is so cool.. of course i have the exclusive but i still want the new album because it has 4 new tracks namely:

She was Married at 18

ok. this story happened just recently. names of the characters are changed.
I just graduated from high school last march 18, 2008. of course, all my family was there, and so are my mom's friends. my mom decided to celebrate her birthday at the same time because we can not celebrate it anyway during holy week (march 20). so everybody was of course happy for me, some gave me gifts, money, and so on. that day, my aunt lannie told me that my cousin's boyfriend (joe who is from hawaii) is coming to the philippines and anne (my cousin) is going to see her at the airport. so after eating and a little chit - chat, they already went home. at last, the day ended very well and i went to sleep at around 12 am already.

so after 3 days, jie (my other cousin) from the province told us what was happening there. she told us that when anne and joe arrived there, they immediately went to baguio. of course my mom's first question was "were they alone?". and jie told her yes, and she said that they stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. she even told us that my aunt lannie was there at their house crying because she is concerned about her daughter. so mom immediately called lannie. so she told everything to my mom. of course my mom got mad at her because they didn't ask somebody to accompany them but instead they let her go all by herself alone with her boyfriend. lannie told my mom that they talked to joe and anne, the first thing they asked was if something happened to them already, and they confessed that yes, something happened to them. so anne's mom and dad was of course furious about it. they talked to joe and told him that he needs to marry anne before he gets back to hawaii. and so joe agreed and then later on called his parents in hawaii.

so they agreed that it's just gonna be a civil wedding and it was on april 5. everybody in the family was of course surprised on what happened. i mean, who's not surprised when it happened so fast. there were so many reactions about it from our family. mixed emotions, reactions, everything. it was like a crazy day. the reception was at the backyard of my grandmother. only close friends, and other family came there. and it was like a tense situation because i don't know whether to feel happy for them or not. i don't even know what other people there think of them. so after eating, immediately went back at my grandmother's home. besides, i don't really like being there because all they were talking about is about what happened to them.

after that 'crazy day', we went back here in manila already. of course until now they still kept on talking about it. and for me, i guess it's time for us to move on already. what's done is done. even though how much we want to change it, it would never be. i don't even know how to react about. we were close like sisters and right now, its like we've become strangers. i've always stood up for her even if she was 3 years older than me. but up until now, i haven't talked to her that much. we talk but it's just a talk about something really unimportant. and it feels so sad knowing that what had happened to her created a very big wall between us. i don't know. it just felt like she's very different right now and i don't really want to put the blame on her. or even on anybody. well, until now i don't know what to do about it. i just feel like talking it out to somebody. *sigh*

anyway, got to go now. bye.
